This superb prosecco is made from 100% of the region's classic Glera. After delicate pressing, the must undergoes the first fermentation in stainless steel vats under strict temperature control (16-18 degrees). After the addition of specially selected yeast cultures, the fermentation resumes, turning this still white wine into Italy's most popular sparkling wine.
