Interesting Facts
The grapes for Château Haut-Bailly are hand-picked and carefully sorted. Each variety is vinified separately. Alcoholic fermentation lasts eight to ten days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak barrels, after which the wine is assembled and aged in French oak barrels, 60% of which are renewed annually, for 18 months.
