Interesting Facts
The wine blend consists of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. The estate officially transitioned to organic farming in 2013, and received official certification for the 2016 harvest. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 15-18 months in oak barrels, 80% of which are renewed annually.
