Interesting Facts
Château La Clémence's dry red wine is made from two grape varieties: Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The vines average 50 years of age. Green harvesting is practiced in the vineyards, significantly reducing yields and improving quality. The grapes were hand-picked and sorted. After malolactic fermentation in new oak barrels, the wine was aged in these barrels for 12 months.
