Interesting Facts
The second wine of Chateau Giscourt is produced with the same care as the main wine of the Chateau, but from grapes from younger vines aged from 3 to 25 years. The harvest is harvested exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place at constantly controlled temperatures in cement and steel tanks. Then the wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, some of which are new.
