Le Haut Medoc de Giscours is the third wine of the great Chateau Giscours farm. The wine is made from 2 main Bordeaux varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, in approximately equal proportions. Grapes grow on vines aged 20-25 years, which allows you to produce rich, deep Bordeaux. After fermentation, the wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels.
