Ananas Rôti is produced to reveal a perfectly balanced union between the intensity of pineapple, the sweetness of caramel and the roundness of Mauritian rum. To produce, molasses is mixed with water. Active yeast culture is added to the must and left to ferment for approximately 35 hours. This is followed by distillation using columns. Natural flavours and water are then added to the distillate to reduce the strength to 40%. The rum is filtered before bottling.
