Interesting Facts
Setyu is made from high-quality wheat alcohol and well water by distilling mash and then diluting it with water. "Shochu" roughly translates to "burnt liquid" or "fire water." The name of the shochu Shochu Senya Issui Mugi literally means “get drunk once in a thousand nights.”
