Soft, delicate taste with a barely noticeable sweetness. On the palate, notes of minerals and herbs come to the fore, with a subtle, gastronomic bitterness in a long aftertaste.
Aroma:
The first nose opens with tones of ripe fruit, roasted agave, honey and lemongrass. Further notes of lime peel, orange blossom, mineral and light creamy undertones appear.
