Interesting Facts
The name of the wine - Brandisismo, comes from the name of the geological phenomenon - brandisis. This is the process of raising and lowering soils as a result of magmatic pressure. It was thanks to Brandisis that the hills of the Colli Berici region were formed. The grapes are harvested from a separate plot, the age of the vines on which varies from 10 to 40 years. Hand picking only. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation are carried out in new French barriques, after which the wine is aged in the same barrels for 15 months.
