Interesting Facts
Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are harvested from the vineyards of the Central Valley in 350-kg crates, immediately transported to the winery, destemmed and pressed. All vinification processes take place in stainless steel vats. After fermentation, the wine is left in contact with the skins for an additional 5 days to ensure complete extraction of aromatic substances.
