Interesting Facts
Cabernet Sauvignon vines grow on deep alluvial soils with a high limestone content. The region's favorable microclimate promotes optimal ripening of the berries. The grapes are usually harvested in the early morning hours from the last ten days of February to the end of March, with yields of about 10 tons per hectare. Vinification takes place over 4 days at a temperature of 28 °C. To obtain a more complex taste and aroma, the wine is aged on the lees in French oak barrels for 4 months.
