Interesting Facts
Chateau Capbern is made from a blend of three varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The harvest is carried out exclusively by hand and undergoes double selection. Pre-fermentation maceration lasts from 18 to 21 days. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels (60% of which are new).
