Interesting Facts
Chateau de Callac is an exquisite red wine with a balanced taste and rich color, for the creation of which the producer uses grapes of the Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc varieties, harvested from the vineyards of the Bordeaux region. The harvest is harvested by hand, and then transported to the winery, where it is sorted, pressed and subjected to alcoholic fermentation. The aging process in oak barrels takes 20 months. Best of all, wine manifests its taste when paired with meats, cheeses and snacks.
