Interesting Facts
The vineyards are located in Saint-Seren-sur-l'Isle and cover an area of 18.5 hectares. The soils here are well drained and consist of gravel, sand and clay. The average age of the vines varies from 35 to 50 years. The entire vinification process takes place in 500-liter oak barrels with daily manual mixing of the must. For subsequent exposure, lasting 18 months, oak barrels are also used. The wine has a huge storage potential - 20-25 years.
