Interesting Facts
This white Bordeaux is produced from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Muscadelle, Semillon and Sauvignon Gris grapes grown in the vineyards of the Entre-Deux-Mer appellation. The grapes undergo cold direct pressing in cement vats and temperature-controlled fermentation with manual stirring of the must twice a week. After bottling, the wine “rests” for two months in the cellars of the winery.
