Interesting Facts
The grapes used for wine production are hand-harvested, and fermentation on the skins takes place for three weeks in large oak barrels at a controlled temperature of 20°C. Malolactic fermentation then takes place in barrels. The wine is then aged in oak barrels (70% to 100% new wood) for 18 to 32 months, depending on the vintage.
