Interesting Facts
Chateau Saint-Pierre is a classic Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot. The vines, whose average age reaches 50 years, grow in the center of the Beychevelle commune, on gravel soils with clay and sand admixtures. The harvest is carried out manually. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging takes place in barrels, half of which are changed every year, for 14-16 months.
