Interesting Facts
The wine is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the Calchaquí Valley on rocky soil. The dry climate, low rainfall and significant fluctuations in night and day temperatures contribute to the production of grapes with concentrated flavors and a unique fruity character. The harvest is carried out manually when the berries reach optimal ripeness. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery, where they are sorted and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at strictly controlled temperatures to maintain freshness.
