Interesting Facts
Syrah grapes are hand-picked from vineyards in the village of Lancié. Temperature-controlled maceration follows, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aging in steel lasts 12 months (20% of the Syrah is aged in oak), followed by a further year in bottle before release.
