Interesting Facts

The grapes are harvested by hand from various sites located on a plateau with a southern exposure and clay soils. Fermentation takes place in 500-liter oak barrels and stainless steel vats (25/75). Afterwards, the wine is left in contact with the lees for 5 months, with constant batonage for the first three months. Klump's Grauburgunder is a beautiful expression of the variety's complexity and a whole new take on the beloved Pinot Grigio.
