Interesting Facts
Thirty-four percent of the wine is made from Syrah grapes from sandy vineyards in the Palmela region. The remaining 66% is made from Castelhau and Aragonés grapes. The grapes are harvested separately. A short maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature allow the wine to retain its vibrant fruity aromas.
