Interesting Facts
This dry red wine is made from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes grown on limestone soils in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers. The grapes are picked and separated from the bunches and pressed. Fermentation takes place under strict temperature control and lasts from 10 to 18 days. The wine is aged in steel tanks and oak barrels.
