Interesting Facts
Merlot grapes are collected from Central Valley vineyards into 350-pound boxes, immediately delivered to the winery, destemmed and pressed. All vinification processes take place in stainless steel vats. After fermentation, the wine is left in contact with the skins for another 4 days to achieve complete extraction of aromatic substances.
