Interesting Facts
After harvesting, the grapes are immediately sent to the winery, where they undergo cold maceration for 6 days and fermentation for 38 days in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 25-26 degrees. The wine is aged in old Caucasian (82%) and Hungarian (18%) oak barrels for 3.5 months.
