Hakutsuru, Plum Wine is a rich, sweet and aromatic plum wine made from ripe Ume plum of the elite variety "Kojiro", which is grown in the gardens of Wakayama Prefecture. This sweet and golden drink is made according to traditional Japanese technology, due to prolonged contact with plum pits, it has a lush aroma of flowering almonds and a mild buttery taste.
