Interesting Facts
Chateau Moulin Riche is the second wine from Chateau Léoville Poyferret. After pressing, the wort is fermented in stainless steel vats, undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, where it continues to age for 18 to 20 months before bottling.
