Interesting Facts
The grapes were picked from the Paarl vineyards early in the morning to keep the grapes as cool as possible, Vinification using cold fermentation at 12°C to 14°C in stainless steel tanks. Long fermentation at low temperatures preserves a fresh and bright taste and aroma. After fermentation, the wine is left on the lees for a couple of months to give it fullness and body, and to make the wine balanced.
