Interesting Facts
The wine is made from selected Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in the company's vineyards in the Loire Valley. The climate here is considered one of the mildest in France. The harvest is collected when the berries reach the optimum level of ripeness. All vinification processes take place in stainless steel.
