Interesting Facts
The grapes were hand-picked into 20 kg crates to avoid damaging the berries. Harvesting began in the second week of March, when the variety had reached optimum ripeness. The bunches were then carefully selected, separated from the stems. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks at low temperatures (11°C–13°C) to preserve all the freshness and fruity aromas of the wine. Aging took place in stainless steel tanks.
