Interesting Facts
Sauvignon Blanc is grown in the company's vineyards in the Central Valley of Chile. The climate here is humid, Mediterranean, with moderately humid winters, dry, warm summers and cool nights, which ensures good ripening of the grapes. The grapes are harvested when they reach optimum ripeness. After harvesting, the grapes are carefully selected and gently pressed. This is followed by cold maceration and fermentation with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged on the lees for a short time before bottling.
