The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand from the Erste STK category vineyard (similar to the premier cru category). A very complex, deep wine with unusual aromas for a Sauvignon. Long maceration, long pressing, spontaneous fermentation in large old oak barrels. Aging also takes place in oak (12 months) and steel (6 months)
