Interesting Facts

Sauvignon Blanc grapes are usually picked in the early morning hours. Gentle pressing followed by a pneumatic bag press helps to capture the delicate fruit. The wine is produced using a reductive method to prevent oxidation and ensure that the natural flavours of the grapes are preserved. Fermentation takes place slowly in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 12°C for 18 days.
