Interesting Facts
The Wild Air project was born in 2016 and until recently was entirely exported to the UK. The vines are located in an old low yielding vineyard located in the Hemel en Aarde valley. Here a unique Sauvignon Blanc is born - restrained, terroir-rich, highlighting the amazing slate soils. 100% of the wine matures in oak barrels.
