The berries undergo spontaneous fermentation in whole clusters. After 2-3 weeks of maceration, the wort is pressed and aged in old oak barrels with a volume of 500 liters for 13 months. Afterwards, the wine is additionally aged in large oak vats for another 10 months before bottling.
