Interesting Facts

The Work of Time is made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot varieties from vineyards located in the Robertson Valley. The wine is aged 24 months in oak barrels with a volume of 300 liters. and then another 4 years in bottles in the cellars of the winery.
