Interesting Facts
Syrah grapes are harvested from several vineyards of the estate, planted back in 1956. Before fermentation, the berries undergo cold maceration. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 25°C. Post-fermentation maceration lasts about 2 weeks. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 1 year.
