Interesting Facts
This organic wine uses the finest grapes from a site north-east of Malmesbury, on soils with a high iron content. Vinification takes place without crushing the bunches on natural yeasts. The wine is aged in 500 liter old French oak barrels for 10 months. The wine is not filtered or clarified, and virtually no sulphites are used during bottling.
