Interesting Facts
The grapes are hand-picked into small boxes, the combs are separated, they are carefully crushed and cold-macerated for 2 days. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 20-22 degrees, with pijazh twice a day. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels (30% of the volume) for 6 months, and the remainder is stored in stainless steel tanks on fine sediment. After blending and aging, the wine is bottled with soft filtration.
