The wine is made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the Central Valley. The grapes are collected in 500-kilogram boxes, destemmed and gently pressed. Maceration lasts about 36 hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 15-17 ºС and lasts 18-22 days.
