Weissburgunder grapes are harvested from the organic vineyards of the Klump farm, located on the gentle slopes of the hills of the Baden region. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand. After pressing, the must is fermented in stainless steel vats, and then aged on the lees for another 2 months
