Domaine Guillaman

Already the 6th generation of the family manages the economy. Dominic started making wine with his grandfather when he was 15 years old, with only 15 hectares of land. Three years later, Dominic became fully responsible for the production, and after going through many obstacles he truly made himself.

Since then, Dominic has continued to expand the vineyard and built a new winery. When Stephanie, the granddaughter of a local wine grower, met Dominic in 2000, they decided to start bottling their own wine, which won a gold medal at a competition in Paris. Today the estate covers 125 hectares and produces 900,000 bottles, of which 65% is exported.
