"Initially, we are just lovers of wine, vines and good things. We are convinced that what makes wine good is not its name, origin or what is written on the label, but the work of nature and the winemaker. We want to desacralize wine and put pleasure above prestige! Remembering With this idea, we decided to start the YVAN & CO adventure with the sole purpose of producing wines that remind us of us: young, fresh and delicious!
We have left the framework of appellations to be free to choose, with equally passionate winegrowers, unique plots of land, sometimes abandoned (very in vain), rare regional grape varieties, and vinify the must in our own way to produce wines that we like. We don't want to put any limits on creativity other than what nature asks for."
