Fabio Motta

Fabio Motta harvested his first harvest as an apprentice at the Michele Satta winery in Bolgheri, and after that he decided to devote himself to viticulture and oenology. In 2009, he rented the vineyard "le pievi" and produced his first wine. Currently, Fabio has 7 hectares of vineyards and a volume of 40,000 bottles per year.

“I chose organic farming because it seemed to me the most transparent way to bottle Bolgheri and reflect my soils in wine. In my opinion, organic grapes are first and foremost superior to all other grapes in terms of quality,” says Fabio.
