Tenuta Foresta

The history of Tenuta Foresta began in 2012. The father of the current owner of the farm Olga Semencha, Yuri Semencha, decided that it was necessary to create a business that could later be left to the children. He enlisted the support of his son and found a house with vineyards in Piedmont in just 2 months. The winery was founded in the 70s of the last century. One Italian player on the stock exchange, on the wave of success, acquired a plot with 11 hectares of land, built a house and planted vineyards on the surrounding hills. But fortune is capricious, time passed, and the millionaire lost his luck. From 11 hectares, only 3.3 remained. The family acquired these remaining vineyards with the house in 2012 and gave the new name to the farm - Tenuta Foresta. The name translated from Italian means "Forest Manor". The designs on the bottle labels are a proposal from Kiko Perotti, a Verona-based artist who has been passionate about nature all his life and has crossed the globe from American national parks to his beloved Himalayas. He loves to paint flowers and birds and uses his vast experience and techniques to capture their beauty in stunning portraits.
