Domaine du Séminaire
Domaine du Séminaire is a 60-hectare family vineyard on the heights of Valreas, which is entirely farmed using organic methods with a biodynamic focus, especially in the cellar, where work is carried out according to the lunar calendar.
Today the estate has different varieties for the production of white, rosé and red wines: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne, Clerette, Grenache Blanc. The owners are Hervé and Mathilde Puisin.
The estate is located on the hills between 300 and 400 meters above sea level, on clay and limestone soils. The winery essentially consists of temperature-controlled concrete vats. And built in 1938. Since then it has been constantly modernized.
