Beyerskloof

Three different farms owned by Beyerskloof form a total of 126 hectares of vineyards, consisting mainly of Pinotage, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir and Cinsault. The annual tonnage is about 1000 tons. Two of these farms are in the Simonsberg district and the third is in the Bottelary district in Stellenbosch.

Beyerskloof owns a winery capable of processing up to 500 tons, as well as an aging cellar capable of holding up to 1,500 (225 l) oak barrels. The estate produces a significant amount of wine using traditional winemaking methods, while introducing modern technologies and a family philosophy when blending.
