Potinet-Ampeau

The farm is located in Montley. Vincent Durieux is a representative of the 5th generation. The farm owns 10 hectares in Volnay, Meursault, Monthélie, Puligny-Montrachet, Auxey-Duresse, Pommard. The winery has four separate cellars with a large number of tanks allowing it to continue aging longer than usual. Chardonnay undergoes a long and gentle pressing in hydraulic presses (more extraction) and then natural fermentation in barrels.
