Domaine Lipko

The Domaine Lipko winery was founded in 2017 by Alexey Lipko and his son Ivan Lipko. The winery operates on the "domain principle": all wines are produced from grapes grown in its own vineyards. The property includes 40 hectares of young vineyards planted in 2018 and 8 hectares of old vines of Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties (35-40 years old). More than 20 varieties are planted in the young vineyards, mainly international ones: Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Malvasia, Trebbiano, etc.

The owner of the project, Ivan Lipko, is a traditionalist in the good sense of the word: he is aware of all the most modern
methods and approaches to winemaking and viticulture, but uses only those that he considers appropriate and applicable to the Sevastopol terroir.
