Tim Herlihy is an Irish whiskey expert and Irish pub enthusiast who has visited pubs in over 33 countries and five continents to ensure Irish whiskey has a place on the world stage.
Tim began his career in Irish whiskey working with Cooley Distillery representing Connemara, Kilbeggan and Tyrconnell Irish Whiskey. In 2011, Tim became the US Ambassador for Tullamore DEW, a position he held for 9 years before launching his own venture, Lost Irish
He holds the world record for the largest Irish coffee in the world, is a former Icons of Whiskey - the ultimate Irish whiskey ambassador and co-author of From Barley to Blarney - A Whiskey Lover's Guide to Ireland, which features Ireland's 50 best pubs, 22 distilleries and 12 of the best Irish whiskey cocktails.
